Organization: NATIVE HEALTH (serving urban American Indian, Alaska Native, and underserved communities).
Setting: Outpatient Community Health Center.
Schedule: Monday Friday, 8-Hour Day Shifts (Clinic Hours: 8:00 AM 7:00 PM).
Patient Population: Primary care across the lifespan (pediatric, adult, geriatric).
EHR System: athenahealth.
