Located in the heart of downtown Riverside, The Mission Inn Hotel & Spa is a historic AAA Four Diamond destination known for its timeless architecture, vibrant atmosphere, and exceptional dining experiences. Our food and beverage outlets play a central role in delivering memorable moments, blending elevated cuisine with warm, authentic hospitality.

We are seeking a dynamic and service-driven Restaurant Manager who embodies our values and is passionate about creating meaningful guest experiences. This leader will bring a collaborative spirit, a commitment to excellence, and a dedication to developing high-performing teams while delivering outstanding results.

What You'll Do

• Lead day-to-day operations of assigned restaurant outlets, ensuring a seamless, high-quality guest experience that reflects the Mission Inn's standards
• Champion a people-first culture, coaching and developing team members while fostering engagement, accountability, and teamwork
• Be present and visible on the floor, connecting with guests, anticipating needs, and resolving issues with care and professionalism
• Partner with culinary and leadership teams to maintain exceptional quality, presentation, and consistency
• Drive revenue through creative programming, promotions, and events that enhance the guest experience
• Support financial success by managing labor, controlling costs, and contributing to budgeting and forecasting efforts
• Uphold all safety, sanitation, and compliance standards to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for guests and team members

What We're Looking For

• 1–2+ years of full-service restaurant management experience; hotel or upscale dining experience preferred
• A natural leader with a passion for hospitality and a proven ability to inspire, coach, and develop teams
• A genuine commitment to delivering exceptional guest service and creating memorable experiences
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Financial acumen with an understanding of labor management, cost control, and revenue optimization

Compensation: $70,304 - $75,000
