We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $70,000 annually, along with opportunities for career advancement and personal growth. Responsibilities Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring quality service and adherence to company standards Lead, train, and develop a high-performing team of staff Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to achieve sales and profit goals Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Collaborate with marketing to develop promotional strategies and enhance customer engagement Handle customer complaints and feedback with professionalism and efficiency Maintain high levels of food quality, presentation, and customer service Conduct regular inventory management and cost control Requirements Proven experience as a Restaurant General Manager or similar role in the QSR segment Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Understanding of restaurant financials and performance metrics Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain composure under pressure Knowledge of food safety and health regulations Proficient in using restaurant management software and POS systems Bachelor\'s degree in Hospitality Management or similar field is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
