Injection Mold Maintenance TechnicianA growing medical manufacturing facility is hiring Injection Mold Maintenance Technicians to support production operations in a clean, modern manufacturing environment.This is a long-term opportunity for individuals with injection molding maintenance experience who are looking to grow their technical skills, earn competitive pay, and work with advanced molding equipment, robotics, and automation systems.ScheduleDay Shift: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PMNight Shift: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM+10% Shift DifferentialRotating 12-hour schedule with built-in weekdays off throughout the month while maintaining full-time hours.What You'll DoTroubleshoot and repair injection molding machinesDiagnose electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issuesPerform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipmentRespond to machine alarms and identify root causes of failuresRepair and maintain robotic and automated manufacturing systemsPerform TPM activities and scheduled preventive maintenanceRepair and maintain assembly, packaging, and auxiliary equipmentUpload and restore machine programs as neededDocument maintenance activities and complete work ordersSupport machine startups, changeovers, and production operationsFollow GMP, safety, and Lockout/Tagout proceduresMaintain a clean and organized work areaWhat We're Looking ForRequired:Injection molding maintenance experienceExperience troubleshooting manufacturing equipmentMechanical and/or electrical maintenance experienceMachine setup, changeover, or process troubleshooting experienceAbility to work a rotating 12-hour schedulePreferred:Robotics or automation experienceBlueprint and schematic readingGMP or regulated manufacturing experiencePreventive maintenance experienceSAP or CMMS experienceLOTO knowledgeWhy Apply?Up to $45/hr based on experience10% night shift premiumLong-term contract-to-hire opportunityConsistent full-time hoursClean, climate-controlled manufacturing environmentWork with advanced molding, robotics, and automation equipmentOpportunities for advancement and technical skill developmentThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Buffalo Grove, IL.The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $40.00/hr.
