Level 1 RN Nurse Supervisor

Level 1 RN Nurse Supervisor – Full Time Nights (Contract) Location: New York 14456 Pay: $2,108 – $2,365/week Schedule: Full Time, 3x12-hour shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) Requirements: Every other weekend & holidays required Position Summary & Responsibilities Provide clinical leadership and oversee nursing operations across the acute care setting during night shifts Coordinate staffing and patient care based on acuity and unit needs Support, mentor, and guide nursing staff to ensure safe, high-quality patient care Respond to clinical and operational issues, including emergencies Collaborate with leadership and interdisciplinary teams to maintain continuity of care Ensure compliance with policies, regulatory standards, and best practices Promote effective communication and support staff development Qualifications Active New York State RN License (Required) BLS, ACLS, and PALS Certifications (Required) CPI Certification (required within 90 days of hire) Minimum 3 years acute care RN experience Minimum 1 year critical care experience (ED preferred) Minimum 1 year leadership/charge nurse experience Strong clinical judgment, communication, and multitasking skills Ability to work in environments with potential exposure to blood/body fluids #J-18808-Ljbffr TEEMA Solutions Group
