Full-Time | Outpatient Senior-Focused Practice
Compensation: $255,000 – $298,500 + Bonus Incentive

This is not a passive panel-walking role.

We are seeking an experienced, bilingual (English/Spanish) Primary Care Physician who is comfortable building patient relationships, growing a practice, and serving a diverse senior population.

Fluency in Spanish is required — speaking, reading, and writing without limitation. Language proficiency testing will be required.

The Opportunity

This is a full-time outpatient position focused on adult and geriatric primary care within a structured, value-based model.

You will:

• Deliver comprehensive outpatient care to seniors
• Manage moderately complex medical conditions
• Coordinate specialty referrals
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives
• Exercise independent clinical judgment

This is a role for a physician who is confident, experienced, and comfortable taking ownership of patient outcomes.

Bilingual Requirement (Non-Negotiable)

• Must be fully fluent in English and Spanish
• Must speak, read, and write Spanish independently
• Must pass formal language proficiency assessment (ILR testing required)

This population requires culturally competent, language-accessible care.

Leadership & Growth Expectations

This is not a new graduate training position.

We are seeking:

• 2+ years of experience in value-based or senior-focused care
• Comfort managing high-acuity geriatric patients
• Experience building and growing a patient panel
• Confidence operating with minimal supervision

You will report to clinical leadership but are expected to function independently.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited institution
• Board Certified in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine
• Active, unrestricted state license
• Active DEA
• Experience in value-based care strongly preferred
• Strong documentation and EHR proficiency

This is a patient-facing role and includes standard clinical compliance screening.

• Base salary: $255,000 – $298,500
