\nThis is a hands-on estate planning position with real responsibility:
\n• Draft sophisticated wills and trusts (full lifecycle estate planning)
\n• Handle high-net-worth client relationships directly

\no Gift & estate tax (706 / 709 exposure)
\no Probate matters
\no Advanced planning strategies

\n5+ years’ experience in estate planning
\nStrong drafting experience across wills, trusts, and estate structures
\nExposure to gift/estate tax and probate
\n \nCompensation
\nUp to $200K base (DOE)
\nBonus + 20% origination credit
