About the Role Our client is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Residential Real Estate Agent to join their thriving agency in Welkom, Free State . Key Responsibilities Assist clients in buying and selling residential properties. Conduct market analyses to help clients determine property values and set competitive asking prices. Show properties to prospective buyers and conduct open houses. Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, and other relevant factors. Prepare and present purchase offers to sellers. Negotiate purchase agreements between buyers and sellers. Facilitate the closing of real estate transactions, working with inspectors, appraisers, and mortgage lenders. Market properties through various channels, including online portals, social media, and print advertising. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and other real estate professionals in the Welkom area. Stay up-to-date on local market trends and property laws. Requirements Valid South African real estate agent license. Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or in a similar sales role. Excellent knowledge of the Welkom residential property market. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Proficiency in real estate CRM software and digital marketing tools. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a hybrid setting.
