Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Concrete Polishing Foreman to lead our team in delivering high-quality polished concrete surfaces across the US on commercial and industrial projects. This role is vital in ensuring that all concrete finishing work meets the highest standards of durability, aesthetics, and safety. As a Concrete Polishing Foreman, you will oversee daily operations on construction sites, coordinate with project managers, and supervise skilled workers to achieve project goals efficiently and effectively. Your expertise will drive the success of our projects while maintaining strict adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.

Duties

• Transport equipment and supplies to job site using company truck and trailer.
• Lead and supervise concrete polishing crews, ensuring work is completed on time, within scope, and to specifications.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients to plan daily activities and resolve any on-site issues promptly.
• Oversee surface preparation, grinding, polishing, and sealing processes using advanced equipment such as grinders, vacuums, and diamond tooling.
• Ensure all work complies with safety regulations including OSHA standards and company policies.
• Conduct quality control inspections to verify surface smoothness, gloss levels, and overall finish quality.
• Maintain detailed records of work progress, safety incidents, and material usage.
• Train and mentor team members on proper polishing techniques, equipment operation, and safety procedures.
