This role is responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for both market and corporate operations, while serving as a brand ambassador and delivering an exceptional candidate experience in a fast-paced, operations-driven environment. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist You Will... Develop and implement recruiting strategies based on market trends and hiring needs Manage full-cycle recruitment for multiple roles, from sourcing through offer and onboarding Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines using ATS and sourcing tools Conduct phone screens and behavioral interviews to evaluate candidate fit Partner closely with operations and leadership teams to meet hiring needs Create and execute social media and marketing strategies to attract talent Plan and participate in recruiting events such as open houses and career fairs Ensure compliance with EEO guidelines and hiring best practices Manage recruiting data, reporting, and applicant tracking system accuracy Drive offer processes including extending offers, negotiations, and closing candidates Collaborate with L&D to support onboarding and training for new hires As a Talent Acquisition Specialist You Bring... 2+ years of hands-on experience in talent acquisition or recruiting Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred) Bilingual English and Spanish (required) Strong communication and relationship-building skills Experience working with ATS systems Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and organization Why Join HotelPro...
