divh2Cnc Mill Machinist/h2pWe are looking for CNC Mill Machinists to join our 1st shift in Tualatin, OR./ph3Cnc Mill Machinist Responsibilities:/h3ulliApplies commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures on a Vertical or Horizontal Mill/liliReviews work orders, drawings, engineering plans, materials, specifications, locations of surfaces, and machining parameters to run parts according to customer blueprints and instructions/liliDetermines dimensions and tolerances of finished work pieces, sequence of operations, and set-up requirements per drawings, specifications or sample part/liliAbility to read and interpret CNC programs to maintain close tolerances (within +/-.0001)/liliObserves machine operation to detect malfunctions or out-of-tolerance machining, and adjusts machine controls or control media as required/liliPerforms various machine set up for other operators on production and prototype parts/liliUnder general supervision, sets-up and operates CNC Mill machinery and makes offsets to programs on machines as necessary/liliMonitors parts and ensures machines are operating properly/li/ulh3Preferred Qualifications:/h3ulliHigh school diploma, general education degree (GED) or equivalent/liliExperience in a precision machine shop environment/liliExperience on CNC Mill equipment performing set-up and program prove-outs/liliAbility to interpret geometric dimensions and tolerances (GDT)/liliAt least 6 months of experience in machine tool operation or 6 months machining training, or equivalent combination of education, experience, and/or training/li/ulh3Preferred Skills:/h3ulliTraining in basic shop and measurement math, including linear measurement, metrics, algebra and geometry/liliFamiliarity with ISO documentation and processes is a big plus/li/ulh3Pay:/h3ulliCompetitive pay based on experience/liliEligible for Overtime/li/ulh3Benefits:/h3ulliHealth Benefits: Medical, Dental, and Vision/liliLife and Disability: Life and Accidental Death Dismemberment, Long Term Disability/lili401K Retirement Plan (3% company match)/li/ulpAbout us: A Silicon Valley leader in manufacturing and assemblies, Calmax Technology, Inc. manufactures precision machined parts and provides turnkey assembly to Fortune 500 customers across technology, automotive, aerospace, semiconductor, and medical industries.
