Our client is a well-established and highly respected commercial construction firm with a diverse portfolio of projects throughout Pennsylvania and the Mid-Atlantic region. Their work spans healthcare, higher education, multifamily, life sciences, corporate interiors, industrial, mixed-use, and retail sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead multiple commercial construction projects from preconstruction through project completion.
• Manage project teams including Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and Project Engineers.
• Develop and oversee project budgets, schedules, forecasts, and resource planning.
• Maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Review and negotiate contracts, change orders, and major procurement packages.
• Monitor project performance and ensure financial objectives are achieved.
• Collaborate with Superintendents to drive schedule adherence and field execution.
• Identify and mitigate project risks while implementing strategic solutions.
• Lead client meetings and provide executive-level project updates.
• Mentor and develop junior project management staff.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality expectations, and company procedures.
• Support business development efforts and maintain key client relationships.

A successful Building and Construction Senior Project Manager should have:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
• 10+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
• Proven success delivering projects valued at $20M+.
• Strong background in budgeting, estimating, scheduling, procurement, and contract administration.
• Experience managing multiple projects and project teams simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of commercial construction methods and project delivery systems.
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or similar platforms.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and drive project success.
• PMP, CCM, LEED, or similar industry certifications are a plus.
