Operations Coordinator - Tampa, FL, On-CallPay range: $21.42+ per hourSalary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation.Quest Diagnostics provides employees the opportunity to invest in the future through a 401(k) Plan with eligibility for all employees after one month, and after one year, a fully vested company match up to 5% of pay.On-call employees are eligible for:401(k) pre-tax and/or Roth IRA with company match up to 5% after 12 months of serviceResponsibilitiesDuties and Responsibilities:Develop and maintain positive working relationships with all levels of the organization, including peers and senior leadershipWork to ensure all deadlines are metSupport the Operations team in tasks to facilitate project related activitiesExamples include (but are not limited to) scheduling and facilitating meetings, entering and updating work requests, formatting documents, and creating documentationSupport the Operations Team by mitigating identified risks and impedimentsWork to resolve customer service issues and manage processesSupport shipping and fulfillment needsCommunicate clearly with the team and other stakeholders, regularly set expectations, and improve transparencyAssist with and support ongoing operational efforts and projects as neededGeneral administrative and office support duties as neededQualificationsMinimum Qualifications:Must work in office; a regular telework schedule will not be consideredSelf-motivated and ready to jump into a team environmentStrong Organizational Skills and Attention to DetailStrong verbal/written communication skillWillingness to be a servant leader and team player to facilitate successFlexibility to work within a rapidly scaling organizationWorking knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPointAbility to multi-task, meet deadlines and tend to large amounts of detailExcellent teamwork skills and problem-solving capabilitiesAbout the TeamQuest Diagnostics honors our service members and encourages veterans to apply.
