Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY

To assemble finished product using sub-assemblies, parts, and fasteners according to customer specification, drawings, and company policies
To perform spot welding using resistance welders/machines. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS • Use hands and power tools.
Sets up and operate machines such as drill press, grinders, riveters.
Assembles components by examining connections for correct fit, fastening parts, and sub-assemblies, per customer specifications / blueprints.
Checks assembled products, comparing each to customer requirements, blueprints and BOM and Router instructions.
Resolves assembly problems and reports to Supervisor for assistance.
Maintains clean and safe working environment in line with company policies.
Support production schedule by safely performing work efficiently.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Requires a high school diploma or an equivalent degree in a related area.
1-3 years of experience in the field or in related area
Experience in intricate hand assembly
Attention to detail.
Ability to read blueprints.
Requires the wearing of personal protective equipment (PPE)

WORK SCHEDULE

M-Th 7AM-4:30 PM, Fri 7AM-11AM
