Licensed Therapist (LMHC/LCSW/LMFT) -- Remote Telehealth, Part-Time

Job Description

Let's Thrive Mental Health is a psychiatry practice in Coral Gables offering medication management, structured 12-week programs, and interventional treatments including IV ketamine, Spravato and TMS. We are adding a licensed therapist for a remote telehealth caseload of 8 to 16 sessions per week.

A variety of soft skills and experience may be required for the following role Please ensure you check the overview below carefully.

Clients are referred directly from our own prescribers and programs. You are not building a caseload from scratch.

What you'll do

Diagnostic evaluations and individual psychotherapy by telehealth. Couples and family sessions. Structured-program sessions alongside our prescribers. Ketamine-assisted psychotherapy integration if trained. Ages 6 and up optional.

What we provide

CharmHealth EHR and telehealth platform. Scheduling, intake paperwork and consents. A care coordinator who handles every non-clinical client message. Billing and collections. Practice marketing and client flow. Payer credentialing at our expense.

Compensation

A flat fee per completed session, paid every two weeks by direct deposit regardless of when insurance reimburses. Charting time is built into every appointment slot. No platform fee and no unpaid administrative time. Specific rates are shared on the first call.

Requirements

Full Florida license — LMHC, LCSW or LMFT. Registered interns are not eligible for this role. Two or more years post-licensure. Your own professional liability insurance at florida standards. A private, HIPAA-appropriate telehealth setup. Notes signed within 24 hours. Minimum 8 published clinical hours per week, posted 4 weeks in advance. You must be physically located in Florida during sessions.

Strongly preferred

Already credentialed with major Florida payers with a current CAQH profile — this shortens your start to roughly 30 days instead of 120. CBT, ACT, DBT skills or EMDR training. Bilingual Spanish.

Commitment

We pay to credential you, so we ask for a 12-month engagement with 90 days' notice. There is no non-compete.

The honest picture

We are newly launched. The first 90 days are lighter while marketing and insurance effective dates come online, and the schedule builds from there.
