Senior Director, Employee Engagement & Marketing

Bright Horizons is seeking a Senior Director, Employee Engagement & Marketing to drive employee awareness, enrollment, and usage of Bright Horizons benefits. This hybrid role requires 3 days/week at our Newton, MA headquarters. You will lead B2B2C marketing—partnering with employers and employees—to develop integrated programs that boost benefit adoption, client launches, and measurable engagement.
