Float RN Critical Care

Ascension is seeking a Float RN Critical Care to provide expert, compassionate care across ICU and high-acuity units. In this role, you will float to multiple hospital departments, caring for diverse, complex patients while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams. Responsibilities include advanced assessments, titration of critical drips, ventilator management, and rapid response participation.
