The role is responsible for answering and routing incoming calls, scheduling patient appointments, and obtaining/confirming patient information. This job is full time, in-person, hourly, Monday through Friday with an excellent benefits package. Bilingual (Spanish/English or Marshallese/English) candidates preferred. This position is Full Time, in-person at our Springdale Admin location, and is scheduled Monday - Friday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM. Key Responsibilities Provides exceptional customer service during all exchanges with patients and other callers. Enters new patients into the electronic medical record (EMR) completely and accurately. Confirms or updates existing patient demographic information completely and accurately. Schedules medical patient appointments and routes dental patient appointment inquiries appropriately. Ensures provider schedules are filled according to clinic guidelines. Trouble shoots medical calls and routes accordingly. Skills Ability to work and function independently and within a team. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with people of all backgrounds Knowledge of computer software such as Microsoft Office Software Able to perform proficiently on current practice management system and/or electronic medical records. Required Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent is required. Preferred Qualifications Bilingual ability (Spanish/English or Marshallese/English) is preferred Some customer service or call center experience preferred Experience with electronic medical records is a plus Why Join Community Clinic?
