NOW HIRING: Admissions & Marketing Director

Our nursing home is seeking an experienced Admissions & Marketing Director to lead our admissions process and marketing efforts. This role is essential in building relationships with the community, managing resident intake, and driving census growth.

Admissions & Marketing Director Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase referrals and admissions.
• Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, physicians, and community organizations.
• Oversee the admissions process, ensuring a smooth and welcoming transition for new residents.
• Conduct tours for prospective residents and families, showcasing our facility’s services.
• Track and analyze marketing and admissions data to optimize strategies.
• Work closely with facility leadership to maintain high occupancy and resident satisfaction.

Admissions & Marketing Director Qualifications:

• Experience in healthcare admissions, marketing, or business development nursing home or healthcare setting required.
• Strong networking, sales, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication, organization, and leadership abilities.
• Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid, insurance processes, and regulatory guidelines is a plus.
