What You’ll Do Process day-to-day accounting transactions with accuracy Enter, code, and file invoices, receipts, and expense records Reconcile statements and help resolve discrepancies Maintain organized, audit-ready accounting files Support the accounting team with data entry and reporting Perform general administrative tasks that keep the department moving Is organized, analytical, and detail-oriented — accuracy is the heart of this role Works efficiently under tight deadlines and keeps multiple priorities moving Communicates clearly and professionally — in writing, on the phone, and face to face Brings a strong service mindset to every internal and vendor interaction Handles sensitive information with discretion Picks up new systems and software quicklyMinimum of [1] year of accounting, bookkeeping, or office support experience Proficient with MS Office Suite — specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook Where You Fit This posting covers a single level. The pay range is $18.18– $21.22. The role also involves frequent interaction with a diverse range of individuals, including landowners, government officials, and members of the public, requiring the ability to communicate effectively and maintain professionalism across differing personalities and potentially challenging situations.
