Job Full Description

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a full-time, permanent Case Manager starting immediately!

Job Details:

Pay Rate - $22.00/HR
Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM.
Full-time, permanent opportunity.

Job Duties:

Review veterans' compensation cases and identify claim opportunities.
Analyze case information, determine effective claim strategies, and maintain accurate case documentation.
Communicate with clients regarding claim status, collect information, provide updates, and deliver exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, Adobe Acrobat, and document management systems.
