Meal Prep Cook

We’re looking for a seasonal , independent Chef to prepare fresh, family-style staff lunch for a team of approximately 12–13 people , 4-5 days per week.

This is a great opportunity for talented chefs or experienced line cooks with strong kitchen fundamentals to create nutritious, thoughtful food without the intensity of a traditional restaurant service.

The Role

• Prepare a fresh, family-style lunch for approximately 12–13 people
• Work approximately a few hours per day, 4 days per week
• Help develop and rotate a weekly staff meal menu
• Cook a variety of cuisines and bring your own ideas and culinary perspective
• Plan menus with variety, balance, seasonality, and practicality in mind
• Shop/order ingredients and maintain an organized prep system
• Keep the kitchen clean and organized
• Prepare food that is flavorful, healthy, and approachable for a diverse team

Ideal candidates:

• 1–2+ years of professional cooking experience
• Strong knife skills and solid kitchen fundamentals
• Experience cooking for groups
• Work independently and managing prep efficiently
• An interest in cooking a range of cuisines
• Good organization, cleanliness, and time management
