Both of us work in demanding roles and work often doesn't fully wind down until later in the day. We have a nanny who provides regular childcare, so we're looking for someone whose primary focus is the household and all of the things that keep it running behind the scenes.We're relaxed and easygoing at home, and we value kindness, respect, flexibility, and teamwork. We want those who work in our home to feel like part of our team. Organization and household management are not our natural strengths, and we're ready to hand that off to someone who genuinely enjoys it.
