Pay & Benefits:

• Hourly Rate: $36.92 – $50.29
• Pay package discussed upon application

What You'll Do:

• Provide and monitor respiratory therapy treatments, including oxygen, aerosols, and medications
• Apply and oversee invasive and non-invasive mechanical ventilation support
• Assist in cardiopulmonary resuscitation, airway management, and artificial airway insertion
• Collect and interpret physiological data, recommending therapy adjustments
• Educate patients and families on respiratory health and recovery
• Coordinate discharge planning and facilitate transition to home or care facilities
• Document patient data and process billing accurately
• Perform pharmacy functions including stock management and medication dispensing (in Chaska)

What You Need:

• Required:
• Valid Respiratory Therapist license in Minnesota
• CRT or RRT certification
• BLS certification
• Ability to pass background checks
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Preferred:
• At least 1 year of experience
• ACLS certification
• Recent graduates encouraged to apply
