Heavy-Duty Forklift Operator
We are seeking dependable Heavy-Duty Forklift Operators to support material-handling operations in an industrial environment. This role involves moving large pipe materials, supporting production flow, and maintaining a safe, efficient work area.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate heavy-duty forklifts to move, load, unload, and stage materials
- Transport large pipe sections and industrial components safely
- Assist with general yard or shop tasks as needed
- Maintain equipment and report any mechanical issues
- Follow all safety procedures and adhere to shift requirements
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
Preferred Experience
- Experience with common welding methods
- Skilled with handheld tools used in industrial or fabrication environments
- Familiarity with pipe yards or heavy-industrial settings
Requirements
- Experience operating heavy-duty forklifts (large-capacity preferred)
- Ability to work rotating shifts
- Must be able to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods
- Reliable transportation
- Strong safety awareness and ability to follow instructions
- PPE Required: Steel-toe boots, safety glasses, gloves, and any additional site-required protective gear
