Pay & Schedule
- 1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
- $19.00 per hour
- 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 1:00 AM
- $20.00 per hour
- Guaranteed 32 hours per week
- Additional hours and overtime opportunities may be available
- Temp-to-hire opportunity with long-term career potential
Position Overview
As a Production Worker, you will play an important role in the manufacturing process by helping ensure products are produced safely, efficiently, and according to quality standards. This is a fast-paced position in a refrigerated food production environment.
Essential Responsibilities
- Work on a fast-paced production line while maintaining food safety and quality standards
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
- Meet daily production goals and performance expectations
- Continuously handle, move, and package products
- Lift up to 50 pounds on a repetitive basis throughout the shift
- Follow all workplace safety procedures and food manufacturing guidelines
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
- Support overall production operations as needed
Qualifications
- Ability to work in a refrigerated environment throughout the shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, reach, and perform repetitive movements
- Strong attendance and reliability
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Team-oriented mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to successfully complete a background check and drug screening
