Desired Qualifications:

• Licensed Occupational Therapist with valid credentials for school-based practice
• Experience in school settings or working with K-12 students preferred
• Solid understanding of IEP processes and goal-setting for student progress
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to organize caseloads and collaborate with educators, families, and related service providers

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess students’ functional abilities and develop individualized intervention plans tailored to educational requirements
• Provide direct therapy services within classroom or pull-out settings, adapting to diverse student needs
• Track progress and maintain detailed, timely documentation consistent with district and federal requirements
• Attend IEP meetings, share findings, and help shape goals and strategies for students’ academic and social growth
• Offer consultation and training to teachers and school staff to promote accessibility and inclusion
• Work 3.5 days per week, serving a varied K-12 population
