We are a fast-growing apparel company specializing in the ladies' fashion market. We are looking for a motivated, organized, and customer-focused Sales Assistant / Sales Associate to join our team. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop strong client relationships while working closely with our Costing, Production, Shipping, and Design teams to deliver exceptional service and grow our business.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain good relationships with customers, buyers, and business partners.
\n
• Schedule and coordinate buyer meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
\n
• Prepare for buyer meetings by organizing samples, CADs, colors, inventory information, and other needed materials.
\n
• Follow up on buyer comments and requests after meetings.
\n
• Organize and clean up samples and materials after buyer meetings.
\n
• Maintain inventory charts and organize samples.
\n
• Track samples coming in and going out.
\n
• Present company products and services to customers and buyers.
\n
• Keep customer information and sales activities updated in the AMT & Private PLM systems.
\n
• Track sales goals and prepare sales reports and forecasts.
\n
• Understand customer needs and share buyer feedback and market trends with the appropriate teams.
\n
• Work closely with Costing, Production, Shipping, and Design teams to support timely production and delivery.
\n
• Stay updated on the ladies’ apparel market, seasonal trends, and sales calendars.
\n
• Work with the sales team to support customers and achieve sales goals.
\n

Qualifications

\n
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in sales, sales support, account management, customer service, or a related field.
\n
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
\n
• Experience establishing and achieving sales goals.
\n
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
\n
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
\n
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects.
\n
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing business needs and deadlines.
\n
• Strong planning skills with excellent attention to detail.
\n
• Confident decision-maker with proactive problem-solving abilities.
\n
• Goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve results.
\n
• Understands production processes, delivery schedules, and sales calendar planning.
\n
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
\n
• Experience in the apparel, fashion, or textile industry is preferred.
