Duties & Responsibilities Strategic Backlog Clearing & Compliance

• Urgent Compliance Leadership: Provide time-bound project management to resolve an urgent backlog of compliance-related personnel records. Create prioritization frameworks and tracking mechanisms to ensure all targets are met.
• Risk Remediation: Identify current process gaps, evaluate operational risks, and design sustainable remediation structures that prevent future rework and compliance risks.
• Corrective Action Planning: Drive healthcare compliance and corrective action plans (CAPs) from initiation to completion in accordance with tight state and federal regulations.

• Multi-Department Coordination: Lead complex, cross-functional projects across IT, Human Resources, Regulatory Affairs, and Real Estate to drive strategic organizational change.
• Resource Management: Organize, track, and balance project resources, actively managing over-allocated team members while maintaining milestones.
• Senior Executive Reporting: Formulate standardized progress reports, analyze risk metrics, and deliver concise, professional project status presentations to senior leadership.
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's Degree.
• Experience Baseline: Minimum of five (5) years of progressive project management experience.
• Industry Focus: Proven experience managing projects within a highly regulated healthcare environment.
• Execution Style: Demonstrated history of leading corrective action plans, audit remediations, or heavy compliance backlog projects.
• Core Competencies: Expert-level systems design, tenacity, and a results-driven mindset with the ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.

Desired Qualifications

• Education: Master's Degree.
• Certifications: Active Project Management Professional (PMP) or Six-Sigma Certification (Green/Black Belt) is highly preferred.
• Process Mastery: Passion for process creation where none exists, combined with a strong analytical toolkit for optimizing existing business structures.

Location and Work Type

• Work Type: Full-Time Contract Position (40 hours per week).
• Work Setting: 100% Remote (Work Completed Offsite), though candidate must remain flexible for occasional travel if required by specific business and project needs. Corporate headquarters are located in Covina, CA (Zip Code: 91728).
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8 hours per day
• Pay : $33-36/HR depending on years of experience.
