Vice President, IT Infrastructure Operations Manager - Production Services & SRE (Financial Services)

BNY is seeking a Vice President, Production Services Infrastructure Support to lead the resilience and performance of our global financial platforms. You will own infrastructure support across data centers, cloud, networks, and core production services, driving robust incident, problem, and change management. Partnering with technology, operations, and business leaders, you’ll implement automation, monitoring, and SRE practices to reduce risk and downtime. This role leads a global team, shapes modernization and continuity strategies, and supports BNY’s culture of integrity, innovation, and client focus.
