• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Document patient care activities and maintain accurate medical records.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient safety programs.
• Stay current with best practices and advancements in nephrology and hypertension care.

Requirements:

• A valid Nurse Practitioner license in South Carolina.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with patients effectively.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
