FFSC Communications and Organizational Learning VISTA supports Flint Freedom Schools Collaborative to build organizational capacity and shareable resources for youth and families in Flint, Michigan. The role centers on documenting practices and training staff to sustain materials after handoffs. Applicants should bring strong writing, editing, interviewing, and digital organization skills, with comfort using Google tools, Canva, and Zoom.
