Our outpatient office setting is built on a foundation of collaboration and support, ensuring you have the necessary resources and environment to thrive in your role. Key Responsibilities Conduct remote individual and family therapy sessions using telehealth platforms, providing flexible and accessible mental health care. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that align with clients' therapeutic goals, regularly reviewing and adjusting goals as necessary. Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation of client progress, using our electronic health record (EHR) system to track treatments and outcomes. Provide immediate crisis intervention as required, assessing client needs and formulating action plans to ensure safety and well-being. Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary health care professionals to coordinate comprehensive care for clients, including referrals to other services when necessary. Uphold the highest ethical and legal standards in your practice, remaining informed about relevant regulations and best practices in therapy. Patient Population / Client Focus In this role, you will work with a diverse population, including individuals and families dealing with various challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and life transitions. Your expertise and empathy will play a vital role in helping clients navigate their unique circumstances and foster healthier relationships. Qualifications Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field from an accredited institution. Active state licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Massachusetts. Strong understanding of various therapeutic modalities applicable to family and marriage therapy. Exceptional communication skills and a meaningful ability to establish rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds. Effective organizational skills to manage multiple client schedules and maintain timely documentation. Preferred Experience Experience in providing therapy services in a remote setting, with familiarity in the use of telehealth technology. Knowledge of integrated care models and experience collaborating with other health professionals. Demonstrated ability to engage and retain clients through effective therapeutic relationships and support. Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
