Key Responsibilities Establish and maintain a strong therapeutic relationship with patients to foster trust and openness. Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose and understand the mental health needs of each client. Create personalized treatment plans that align with the unique circumstances and needs of each individual, taking a holistic approach to therapy. Lead individual and group therapy sessions, adopting evidence-based methodologies tailored to specific disorders such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications Active State licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is mandatory to practice in California. A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is required. Compensation and Benefits The salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
