Key Responsibilities Establish rapport and build trusting relationships with clients and their families. Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose mental health disorders and develop individualized treatment plans. Facilitate therapy sessions for individuals and groups that empower clients to address their challenges and achieve their goals. Regularly evaluate client progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective outcomes. Collaborate with other healthcare providers to coordinate care and refer clients to additional resources when needed. Maintain detailed clinical documentation in compliance with organizational policies and confidentiality regulations. Patient Population / Client Focus You will be working with a broad spectrum of clients, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, relational conflicts, and other mental health issues. Qualifications Active State licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required. A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field. Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), family systems therapy, and solution-focused therapy. Proficiency in managing organizational tasks and documentation efficiently. Compensation and Benefits The position offers an attractive annual salary in the range of USD 90,000 to 110,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
