Regional Director of Business Development (Phoenix)

Marsden is looking for an experienced Regional Director of Sales to lead our Southwest sales organization while helping accelerate the growth of Integrated Facility Services (IFS) across the region.

This is an opportunity for a proven sales leader who knows how to develop high-performing teams, drive disciplined execution, and connect multiple service capabilities to create broader, more strategic solutions for customers.

What You’ll Lead

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 4-6 Business Development Executives across the Southwest

• Drive pipeline development, forecasting, pricing, proposals, negotiations, and overall sales execution

• Build market strategies that expand Marsden’s presence and deliver profitable, sustainable growth

• Identify and advance Integrated Facility Services opportunities, bringing together janitorial, security, mechanical, and facility services into comprehensive customer solutions

• Partner across Sales, Operations, National Accounts, and Marsden operating companies to pursue complex, multi-service and multi-market opportunities

• Build strong customer and industry relationships while identifying new markets, verticals, and growth opportunities

• Establish accountability through strong CRM discipline, performance metrics, coaching, and consistent sales operating rhythms

• Help ensure successful transitions from sale to operational execution

What You’ll Bring

• 10+ years of relevant professional experience, preferably within facility services or a related industry

• 5+ years of progressive sales leadership experience

• Proven success building and developing sales teams and delivering profitable growth

• Experience selling complex, consultative, multi-service solutions

• Strong business and financial acumen, including pricing, margin, and risk

• Ability to influence and align leaders across multiple markets, teams, and business units

• Strong executive presence, communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills

• Ability to travel approximately 50%–70% within the region with also annual travel to the Corporate HQ
