Date Posted: 2026-02-19 Country: United States of America Location: US-AZ-TUCSON-802 ~ 1151 E Hermans Rd ~ BLDG 802 Position Role Type: Onsite Position: Finance Lead – Naval Standard Missile Systems (NSMS) Development Directorate (Tucson, AZ) What You Will Do Provide broad responsibility for development cost-plus contractual Earned Value Management (EVM) program controls. Lead, coordinate, and mentor peers on the development and analysis of all program financial data, including contractual EVM requirements, the development and presentation of quarterly Estimates at Complete (EACs), and support of financial forecasting for the program. Serve as a critical business partner to internal and external stakeholders by providing financial analysis, insight, and guidance to decision making. Support development and integration of financial planning aspects (Long‑Range Planning (LRP), Annual Operating Plan (AOP), working capital, and monthly financial performance reporting). Provide financial analysis for growth opportunities and be a key contributor for the proposal/Gate 4 process. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business related field or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years relevant experience; or Advanced Degree and minimum 5 years experience. Department of Defense experience and management of multiple DoD contracts. Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM), Estimates at Complete (EACs). Experience with financial systems and tools, including APEX, BW, Rplan, PMX, Excel etc. Experience interfacing and conducting business with various functional disciplines. Experience organizing, preparing, and presenting briefings to customers, management and peers. Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance (DoD Secret clearance required). Qualifications We Prefer Experience understanding Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A). Experience in a matrix environment. Experience with financial forecasting, AOP, LRP, and R&O management. Excellent critical thinking and problem‑solving skills. Excellent communication and professional skills when interfacing with all levels. Experience driving change and influencing beyond authority level.
