\nAre you a former Insurance Adjuster, Claims Representative, or Sales Professional looking for an exciting career opportunity?
\nWe are seeking motivated, organized, and results-driven individuals to work directly with our personal injury attorneys and help manage active case dockets.
\nWhat You'll Do
\n- \n
- Assist attorneys with managing personal injury cases. \n
- Communicate with clients, insurance adjusters, and medical providers. \n
- Help clients with property damage claims, vehicle repairs, total losses, and rental cars. \n
- Follow up on insurance claims, settlements, and outstanding case matters. \n
- Keep cases moving forward and ensure clients receive excellent service. \n
- Help attorneys meet productivity and performance goals. \n
Who We're Looking For
\n- \n
- Insurance company experience strongly preferred. \n
- Sales experience highly desirable. \n
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills. \n
- Organized, persistent, and comfortable managing multiple cases. \n
- Motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. \n
Important Role Limitations
\nLegal Assistants work under attorney supervision and cannot provide legal advice, establish attorney fees, or independently represent clients. All legal decisions must be handled by a licensed attorney.
