SUMMARY OF JOB:To provide hands-on nursing support to ensure the health and wellness of individuals residing in licensed 6400 facilities. Attend Community Participation Supports programs.

The Intellectual Disability Program expands Holy Redeemer's mission to Care, Comfort and Heal by providing unique, trustworthy and compassionate care for adults with intellectual disabilities. The ID Program integrates health care with other supports and leverages Holy Redeemer's expertise to enhance the lives of adults with intellectual disabilities
RECRUITMENT REQUIREMENTS:LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse)
3+ years' experience with tracheostomy and Type 1 Diabetes
Experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities
Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate administration and implementation of Electronic Medical Record systems
Ability to facilitate communication between internal and external customers
Excellent basic and persuasive communication skills
Must have a valid PA driver's license, and satisfactory background checks including but not limited to (Act 34 Criminal Clearance and Act 73 FBI Clearance).
