Physical Therapist - Full Time

We’re looking for a Physical Therapist to take on a full-time or part-time role with an established home health agency serving Lompoc, CA and the Santa Ynez Valley (Santa Ynez, Buellton, Solvang). You will help patients move better, feel better, and stay active—whether they are recovering from an injury or managing long-term conditions. Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active California Physical Therapy license is required to start the position. Candidates requiring a California license will be considered; organization is willing to wait for the right candidate.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Home Health clinical experience preferred. New graduates will be considered.
• Reliable transportation and ability to drive in a rural/coastal territory.

Position Details:

• Home Health Physical Therapy need in Santa Barbara area
• Paid per visit model + hourly with clinician autonomy. Four-day workweek may be available for full-time clinicians.
