Are you ready to grow your career in distribution, logistics, and warehouse operations? Kelly is hiring skilled Warehouse Operators for a leading warehouse facility in Rincon, GA. We are looking for experienced operators with skills on Sit Down Forklift, Reach Truck, Box Clamp, and EPJ (Electric Pallet Jack) equipment.

Pay & Shifts

1st Shift: 7:00 AM 3:30 PM, MondayFriday Pay: $19.50$20.50/hour

2nd Shift: 4:00 PM 12:30 AM, MondayFriday Pay: $20.50$21.50/hour

Overtime and additional hours are often available!

Key Responsibilities

Operate Sit Down Forklift, Reach Truck, Box Clamp, and EPJ (Electric Pallet Jack) to move, store, stack, and retrieve products
Unload inbound trucks and stage products for proper storage or shipment
Pick, prepare, and stage orders accurately
Use RF scanners to verify and record product inventory
Perform daily equipment checks and complete inspection logs
Maintain organization, cleanliness, and safety throughout warehouse areas
Support cycle counts, report inventory discrepancies, and communicate safety concerns

Ideal Candidate Will Have

High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required
Ability to frequently lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended shifts
Ability to work in different warehouse conditions, including noise, temperature changes, and varying lighting
Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately fulfill orders
Team-oriented mindset and strong work ethic
Basic computer skills (Excel knowledge is a plus)
Flexibility to work additional hours, weekends, or holidays as needed
Experience operating Sit Down Forklift, Reach Truck, Box Clamp, and Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ)
