Shift: 2nd Shift 2:30 PM to 11:30 PM

Overview

We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations in a distribution center in Suwanee, GA. This role is responsible for leading warehouse associates, ensuring efficient shipping and receiving, maintaining inventory accuracy, and promoting a safe, organized work environment.

Responsibilities

Supervise and support warehouse associates during daily operations.
Oversee receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping activities.
Ensure orders are processed accurately and on time.
Monitor inventory accuracy and assist with cycle counts.
Enforce safety policies and maintain a clean, organized warehouse.
Train, coach, and develop warehouse team members.
Coordinate with other departments to meet customer and operational needs.
Identify opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency and productivity.

Requirements

3+ years of warehouse or distribution center experience.
1+ years of experience leading or supervising warehouse teams.
Knowledge of shipping, receiving, inventory control, and warehouse operations.
Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS) is preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
