Production Worker Solder Helper (Entry-Level)This entry-level role supports the production team by performing basic soldering and assembly tasks in an electronics manufacturing environment. You will assist experienced operators, prepare and organize materials, and learn proper soldering techniques while working with small electronic components and circuit boards. The environment emphasizes safety, cleanliness, and organization, with standard production tools and equipment used for handling and assembling small electronic components. Attire should be appropriate for a manufacturing setting, allowing you to work comfortably and safely with tools and materials.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Vista, CA.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
