Director Of Operations

As Director of Operations , you'll work directly with Aubree Lewis to transform vision into execution. Your role is to build the systems, accountability, and operational excellence that allow our business to continue growing while freeing Aubree to focus on leadership, relationships, content creation, innovation, and lead generation.

This is not a role for someone who simply wants to maintain operations. We're looking for someone who enjoys building, improving, and scaling businesses. Someone who sees the big picture but also loves creating the processes, structure, and accountability that make big visions possible.

Compensation:

• Salary Range: $75,000 - $85,000

• Develop and implement operational strategies that align with our company's vision and goals.
• Create and maintain efficient systems and processes to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
• Collaborate closely with Aubree Lewis to transform strategic ideas into actionable plans.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to ensure operational excellence and continuous improvement.
• Lead and mentor a team, fostering a culture of accountability, growth, and collaboration.
• Identify potential challenges and proactively develop solutions to mitigate risks.
• Oversee budget management, ensuring financial efficiency and resource optimization across operations.

• Experience in building and optimizing business systems and workflows.
• Ability to create and maintain SOPs, training materials, and operational documentation.
• Proven track record of leading special projects and enhancing efficiency through technology and automation.
• Strong understanding of YouTube as a lead generation platform, including content planning and SEO.
• Ability to oversee marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and brand consistency.
• Experience in managing marketing calendars, content production workflows, and vendor relationships.
• Proven ability to monitor marketing performance and continuously improve systems for growth support.
