Loader OperatorAustin Bridge & Road is currently seeking experienced Loader Operator construction projects. We excel at what we do and are looking for talented construction professionals that want to excel with us.The backhoe operator is responsible for operating the backhoe equipment to excavate ditches and structures, lay pipe and precast concrete structures, carry material in the loader bucket, and general excavation and backfill work.ResponsibilitiesPerform daily equipment maintenance and inspectionsOperate equipment in a safe and efficient mannerParticipate as a vital team member, contributing towards Austin's successAttend daily safety meetingsFollow safety policies and proceduresWork hours adjusted to meet the project's needs; days, nights and weekendsAble to work in adverse weather conditions, hot or cold temperaturesOther duties as assignedQualifications1+ years of experience operating a backhoeMust have a strong commitment to jobsite safetyDiligent in demonstrating safe work practices.Applicants must be legally authorized to work for ANY employer in the United States.
