Now Hiring: Experienced & Strong Behavior Technician or RBT

ABA SHINE is looking for a Behavior Technician or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Richmond. The position offers a competitive salary of $30–$35 per hour for full-time shifts from 4 PM to 10 PM Mondays to Fridays, with weekends preferred.

We are urgently seeking experienced and reliable Behavior Technicians or RBTs to provide 1:1 support for a young adult male who can exhibit severe maladaptive behaviors.

• Provide 1:1 direct behavior support and supervision
• Implement behavior intervention strategies as directed by a BCBA
• Ensure client safety and de-escalate aggressive or unsafe behavior
• Accurately document session notes and incident reports
• Collaborate with facility staff and clinical team

• RBT certification or strong experience in behavior support/crisis intervention
• Ability to manage high-intensity behaviors professionally and safely
• Male candidates are preferred due to the client's specific needs
• Must be reliable, patient, and physically capable of managing aggressive episodes
• Livescan, CPR, and TB clearance required (or willingness to obtain quickly)
