Ideal Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology required for SLPs; associates or bachelors for SLPAs
• Valid state SLP or SLPA license and certification
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates are encouraged to apply
• Prior experience working with school-age children or pediatrics is highly desirable
• Competency in providing teletherapy is a plus
• Excellent communication and organization skills
• Adaptable approach, comfortable working both in-person and remotely if needed

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with communication disorders
• Deliver speech and language therapy services, both direct and consultative, in alignment with student goals
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure optimal outcomes for students
• Maintain detailed clinical documentation and participate in IEP meetings
• Utilize teletherapy platforms for online service delivery when applicable
• Support students across elementary, middle, and/or high school levels, as assigned
