Lead the full recruitment journey- from posting a position to welcoming a new team member, using our applicant tracking system to ensure a smooth, personcentered process. Be a talent magnet by creatively and proactively sourcing and engaging candidates through job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals. Collaborate closely with hiring managers to align recruitment strategies with both team dynamics and our agency’s mission. Cultivate dynamic talent pipelines to meet today’s hiring needs while anticipating tomorrow’s growth. Analyze and optimize recruiting performance through meaningful metrics that drive smarter, more effective, and more inclusive hiring decisions. Elevate the candidate and onboarding experience by supporting preemployment processes, vendor partnerships, and continuous process improvements. What Makes You a Great Fit You hold a Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field, or bring equivalent experience. With 1 2 years of fullcycle recruiting, ideally in a missiondriven setting, you know how to find the right people—and help them find purpose in their work. You’re skilled in strategic sourcing, know your way around recruiting metrics, and are fluent in ATS platforms and modern hiring tools. You’re a strong communicator and trusted advisor who can partner with diverse teams, build relationships, and elevate hiring experiences from start to finish.
