CTR Group is seeking Senior Living Sales Specialists. Immediate openings and urgently hiring! Fully remote positions available to candidates anywhere within the United States, except California. Base Salary: $51,500 ($24.76 an hour). On Target Earnings: $86,500 ($35,000 variable bonus (Uncapped). Benefits: 401(k) plus match, dental insurance, health insurance, vision insurance, paid time off.
SUMMARY: As a Senior Inside Sales Consultant, you will work with families who have already begun their search with the Company and guide them through the final stages of their decision. This is a high-activity, performance-driven inside sales role focused on re-engaging families, managing a pipeline of opportunities, and converting interest into move-ins. You will be responsible for consistent follow-up, strong consultative selling, and disciplined execution across every stage of the sales process. You will play a critical role in helping families make one of the most important decisions of their lives. Your ability to follow through, guide effectively, and drive outcomes directly impacts both family experiences and business success.
What you will do:
- Manage a pipeline of families who have previously engaged with the Company and require continued guidance toward a move-in decision.
- Execute consistent, high-volume outreach across phone, text, and email to re-engage and advance families.
- Drive outcomes by moving families from tour to decision, including scheduling additional tours and providing new referrals when needed.
- Apply a structured follow-up cadence to maintain engagement and prevent pipeline stagnation.
- Build trust quickly with families, understand their needs, and guide them to the best-fit care options.
- Partner with senior living communities and care providers to coordinate tours, share feedback, and support move-in conversion.
- Maintain accurate, real-time documentation in CRM to reflect pipeline status, next steps, and forecasts.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and conversion expectations.
- Participate in ongoing coaching, call reviews, and training to continuously improve performance.

Work Environment: Fully remote role with a required dedicated home office space. High-speed, hardwired internet connection required. Company-provided laptop, VOIP system, CRM access, and tools. Schedule includes some evenings, weekends, and holidays.

REQUIREMENTS: Senior Living Community Sales Experience Required. 5+ years of experience in a quota-driven sales role, preferably inside or phone-based sales. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Experience managing and converting warm lead pipelines. Strong communication and active listening skills. Ability to multitask (phone + CRM documentation simultaneously). Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools. Ability to work remotely with a high level of focus and accountability.
