The position will work closely with external stakeholders and internal cross-functional teams to ensure accurate cash activity, enhance Treasury workflows, and support compliance and audit requirements. Responsibilities Cash Management Prepare the daily cash position that drives the company's short-term borrowing and investing needs Prepare daily cash packet to facilitate posting cash in the general ledger Prepare wires and ACH transfers in online banking platforms Prepare journal entries as needed Prepare month-end close activities Prepare ad hoc cash reports as needed Bank Administration Support/Backup Coordinate bank account openings, closings, and maintenance Assist with KYC requests, documentation updates, and compliance requirements Manage bank signer updates and user access Maintain internal records of bank accounts and critical documentation Other Assist with audit and SOX documentation requests Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., Cash Disbursements, Rev Cycle, Legal, Payroll, IT) on Treasury-related items Identify automation opportunities and partner with IT to enhance Treasury workflows Help support or optimize Treasury Management System (TMS) functionality Contribute to special projects and initiatives Qualifications Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting preferred 1-5 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, and/or Treasury Prior banking experience/knowledge preferred Knowledge of general accounting and US GAAP Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Teams, and advanced Excel Experience with Oracle Fusion (ERP) preferred Knowledge of internal and external audit requirements (SOX) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and teamwork skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Effective project management skills to succeed with competing priorities and deadlines Ability to continually look for process improvements and efficiencies Ability to utilize new tools and technologies in a rapidly changing environment Travel up to 25% About our Line of Business BrightSpring Health Services provides complementary home- and community-based health solutions for complex populations in need of specialized and/or chronic care.
